Based on 554 reviewsMano Di Chef in Myeongdong is widely recognized for its flavorful Italian dishes, particularly pasta, gnocchi, and coal-oven pizzas, which receive frequent praise for their rich and satisfying taste. The restaurant's chic, modern interior and pleasant atmosphere contribute positively to the dining experience, though its location on the 11th floor with minimal street-level signage can make it somewhat challenging to locate. Accessibility concerns, especially for wheelchair users, have been noted. While the savory offerings stand out, desserts like tiramisu have received mixed feedback, with some suggesting improvements in flavor balance. Overall, the establishment is appreciated for its unique menu items and reasonable pricing, attracting both locals and visitors seeking authentic Italian cuisine in Seoul.
Great! Must try pasta and gnocchi. The best pasta and gnocchi i've tried recently. Nice view, nice mood.
As other reviewers have mentioned, this restaurant is on the 11th floor and there is little signage on street level which makes it hard to find. Once you find the restaurant, you’ll be surprised by its rather chic and modern interior. I had the vongole aglio olio which was tasty and had a chilli spice kick. The tiramisu was small and with dense with cheese. To a point it tasted more like cheese cake as it had little coffee taste. The service was quick and efficient, but not very personable.
The food was quite nice. There's not much of a view. The place is a little dark and hidden on the 11th floor, especially when it comes to wheelchairs. If you were to enter the building by slope, make sure you inform the guard downstairs in advance. The door could be locked late at night.
Great food with layers of rich flavors . Beef Pizza probably was done in a coal oven. I like the mushroom salad, it is packed with nutrition. But I hope it could improve the dessert . We ordered tiramisu , with which the rum should be the soul. We didn't taste any alcohol in it , instead it tastes more like some cake for kids.
t's a really good restaurant in Myeongdong The atmosphere is good and the price is reasonable It is a place frequented by Koreans You can taste dishes that are hard to taste elsewhere I highly recommend it
Nice ambience with slightly visible seoul tower. Not many customers. Quiet restaurant located in an almost empty building in Myeong-dong. Delicious, big portion and affordable. We ordered their meal for 3. Orange juice is nice
I liked the restaurant, risotto was very good and coffee as well. Vibe is good and place looks modern. Staff was polite, but not quite fluent with english
